Just got my DPD notification and EE text right now at 10:04am! 

Ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB on Friday at 13:19!

Looks like the notifications are being sent over the day so hopefully everyone’s starts to come through

Ive ordered 17 air still no text text. Hopefully i will get one soon. I did pre order on friday but then had a text Subday 2pm to go through some details then i got the conformation. Hopefully i will get tracking details soon and it comes tomorrow.

My order number starts with 02 so cant track it. 02654

I’m also having this issue. The order number in my email starts with 00 but im getting told by CS that the correct order number is a 02 number and the tracking isn’t working

Thats similar to mines as my order number also is 02654***** . Its does not track also .

Does the tracking work with 00 i got told 02 was phone order 00 was app order xko was online orders.

Im getting mine tomorrow just had text from dpd but couldnt track it with ee.

The 00 number brings up the tracking page where it says order confirmed and awaiting confirmation on estimated delivery. The 02 number tells me that the order can’t be tracked yet. I’ve spoken to two CS agents who both seem to think the 02 number is the correct order number
