Best to contact them to check. If theres something that needs confirmation the likelihood of them contacting you before the end of the weekend is low as they’ll be busy with sheer volume of pre-orders and the systems have this issue every year

Personally I think the Cosmic Orange looks amazing. Like you I always go with the black colour. In a way im glad they dropped it for this year to force people like me to change. Cosmic Orange is vibrant. Im not doing a case this year. Just a privacy screen and AppleCare +

Has everybody received email or text confirmation of there order and can everybody track theres.

So I contacted them on phone and said the online order had not gone through correctly they refunded me the £72 early upgrade fee I paid online because his words by the time I get the phone on Friday I’ll be under the 30 days so my upgrade will be free and had to pay £6.99 delivery fee. Now I have an order number not the XKO one and it shows when I search it

They are some who’s order are confirmed with the. Email confirmation and most of the orders of the customers are showing as an open sale order

Open sales order you should still be able to track the order tho. i got a order number but cant track it with order number.

Hi Guys ,

So I ordered after getting through yesterday after a wait 80 plus mins on the call .

Ordered IPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Silver , money for upfront and delivery was taken but have not received an email was provided a 10 digit order number which does not track on the EE tracking page .

Did call CS and chatted online and they said it open Sales order and is confirmed .

Has anyone else experienced this as usually I receive a confirmation email but not this year .

Yes im in the same boat here keep getting told its confirmed its a open sales thats why cant track it when ordered got told delivery release day. said need to wait for dpd when they get it.
