Strange as Ive been upgrading to the new Iphone for over many years and always received an email and the order always tracked , but just need keep faith with the CS as 3 of them have mentioned the same thing .

Yes same here everytime ive upgraded ive got a text or email with order number and have been able to track it, but not this year so will just have to wait and see if it comes just hard not being able to track something you have bought and sitting here blind, and thank you same to you.

Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone confirmed its gone through and got me a picture of my order she emailed me showing what phone ive gone for and delivery slot date.

Nope still doesnt track, but now i have the email i have a piece of mind that they is actually a order and a delivery date.

Hey guys,

Someone has broken the tracker spreadsheet at around 4:25pm. No idea whats happened but someone has deleted more than several entries and messed everything up so we’ve lost some data.

I’ve locked access for now until I fix it.  It seems people cant be trusted with full access 🤪

Will report back once its fixed.

Hi

Most order numbers on the sheet are 7 digits but I was provided a 10 digit order number ?

The order number was provided by customer service not by email or text .
