I ordered mine yesterday with no issues. I had the upfront cost waived and only had to pay delivery and it’s arriving Friday morning. I ordered cosmic orange 512gb. This is my 2nd upgrade now. This was so much better and faster than last year

Maybe someone was frustrated that they couldn’t order or upgrade the new iPhone and just took there frustration out on this sheet 😂 it’s so stupid really instead of helping people are just messing it up and making it more difficult for us

Are we allowed to make changes to our plan after receiving the device? E.g. Changing from Full Works to All Rounder, or adding my perk code later? I read somewhere EE does cancellations up until 14 days after order. Just don't want to disturb the order at the moment as it likely might mess up the delivery date!

You can return the order within 14 days to cancel. In terms of changing the plan after delivery you’ll have to give them a call once you’ve received the phone. I wouldn’t recommend calling until then as they could accidentally cancel your order!

I ordered my 17 PM in silver 512GB on Friday as an early upgrade, and it came up with a page saying EE reach out to me on phone. I had a feeling they wouldn’t contact me so I called and had to go through the process again via the phone. The woman was really nice and helpful but couldn’t confirm a delivery date.
Since I’d paid and received no confirmation email or text, I called again and spoke to another guide (who was also really friendly). She said that the phone is definitely on my account and won’t receive a confirmation email until release day (19th). She did however give me an order number but I can’t track it.
it seems like the staff are really really genuine and helpful but the process is a mess, as some people are able to track with confirmation and some of us are kinda left in the dark

I haven’t been given anything other than the documents, i don’t know when it’s being delivered and im a little worried as i go on holiday next Saturday, hopefully as it’s DPD they will be able to hold it

Have you tried logging into the app and using the order tracker there?
I’ve noticed that if you go to the online order tracker and put in your order number and post code it doesn’t work, but if you log into the app where it asks for your order number and email address that works for me for both the tracking numbers I have.

I phoned EE this morning as I can’t track anything. Apparently that’s because it’s a pre order and not released yet but as ive got a confirmation email it’s definitely confirmed
