Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Yeah tried it but it just automatically takes me to the website which is telling me the order number is invalid

That’s good! I rang them too and they have given me an order number now but it’s not tracking. Very odd but I’ll just give it a couple more days before I stress 😂

Hey yeah, I tried on the app! Like you said the one online with the post code doesn’t work at all, but then for me the app doesn’t work either and it just shows this error message:

it’s definitely the strangest order process I’ve experienced lol

DPD policy is to make 3 attempts at delivery after which they will return the item back to the sender. They don’t hold orders sadly!

Have you received a confirmation email or text at all? I’m in the same boat but I haven’t had any confirmation sent to me yet

Do they not take them to stores or safe places. I did tell the guy on the store and I asked if it could be delivered to my local EE store and he said no. I’m worried now as I’m away for a week from Saturday so don’t want them to keep trying if I’m not in 😭

No safe places as you’ll be text a pin you’ll need to give the driver for them to hand over your parcel. If you have ordered it for home delivery, you wont be given the chance to change that to a store. How long you on holiday for?  If it’s a week you maybe abl;e to reselect a different delivery date for a week time if that helps!

yeah I think that might be the best option as I am unsure what else to do, I do have a friend who works for DPD so I suppose I can ask him to help too

How long are you away for? Do you have a trusted neighbour that can take the delivery in on your behalf?
