Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

This also happens every year, the order is placed but that number won't work.

IIRC there's another number behind that you will need to get from customer services.

I offered them my EE perk and they said I couldn't use it either... 😮

Might require a call to CS at some point.

Last year was super smooth. Just rang up gave my blue light& boom done. Would have submitted my ID last week if they mentioned it 

I did the same, rang at 12:51, call was answered at 13:01. My order number ends 2495.

I’ve been trying to get through to an ee guide since 12:50 fit my anytime upgrade. Still not through to one via the app. Rang twice cut off . Can’t upgrade online either

After 6 hours I've finally secured my 17 Pro for release day.

£73 a month with F&F, up from £63.

I decided to bite the bullet on losing my combined discounts that allowed me to get my 16 Pro Max on Full Works for such a low price, as I've been advised earlier from a personal contact at EE that agents and managers are no longer able to stack discounts. This changed around 6-7 months ago as people were apparently abusing the system internally. 

Sure, I could have kept it for another year, but why delay the inevitable?

I've also discovered that EE have ruined the Roaming pass included in the Full Works Plan. Previously Full Works plans got Full World Roaming as standard. Now such a thing doesnt exist and instead we a get gimped version that includes 'some' countries.

I completed an online order on the EE website (logged in using my account) for an Iphone 17 pro 512GB, and received a confirmation email  with xko order number (ending 7098) at 13:25.  However a after a recent experience where EE Fibre Broadband order disappeared into nowhere, and I had to call in and re-order, I decided to check on my iPhone 17 order.  Using the customer service chat feature on my phone, I got through to someone who checked it and *surprise surprise* , they had no record of my order (my £250 upfront payment was still showing pending on my bank account) .  So I had to go through the order process *again* which took a good while using messaging.  The customer service person insisted that I will still get the phone on release day, though I have my doubts.  Anyway I now have a new order number without the xko.

Is anyone going the spreadsheet again? It was going when I got the 15 pro max… if so I got the silver pro max 256gb and my order number ends in 9081. Got through by 1:10 but got cut off the phone and dish get connected again for over an hour
