Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Signed all the paperwork, system wouldn’t let them submit the plan, wouldn’t approve it even though it’s the same as my current plan. They said the override was delayed due to demand and she’d call me back. Haven’t been able to pay the £130 for 1TB model yet. Hopefully she calls back soon.

Went on at 13:04, phone was ordered and signed up by 13:10 had the order confirmation at 13:13 with an XKO, costing me £81.18 for Orange 17 Pro no upfront cost. Just checked my order progress and it’s marked as dispatched. Had absolutely no issues with ordering

So I was kind of sneaky this year because of issues in the past where the new phone hasn’t arrived on time…

The preorder started at 1pm, so I called through at 12:50pm and pretended I was wanting prices for other phones to upgrade to. This wasted 10 minutes nicely and as soon as the clock struck 1, I asked for the iPhone 17 Pro Max pricing, saving me from having to wait in the queue. 

I managed to place my preorder at 1:19pm, exactly 19 minutes after the preorder went live, and was reassured I’d get my phone on launch day next Friday.

Its numbers, I’ve preordered the 12 Pro Max, 13PM, 14PM, 15PM and 16PM on every launch day with EE and I’ve never seen a xko number before. 

My order number is 10 digits long, and when I go to the tracking site it shows the order has been confirmed. I also have my order confirmation email which came through at 13:19

I’d ring them ASAP just to get confirmation it’s gone through. EE are shambolic with iPhone pre orders which is why I call before 1pm to skip the massive queues that start after the pre order goes live.

I think this is the messiest Apple release. So they no longer do Blue Light discount, they now get you to sign up to perks-ee & use business email or copy of ID. All which takes around 48 hours to verify.

I’ve got the finance agreement but website says We can’t confirm your order right now, anyone know what to do? Customer service has no idea
