Ordered at around 9pm on 12th. Had order acknowledgment email and EE app showing estimated delivery date of 19th. This didn’t change and received no communication at all.
Also received no DPD text or email so checked again on the app this morning where it changed to “sorry your order is delayed, we will email when it has been dispatched”. I called around an hour ago and the customer service assistant basically said iPhone haven’t sent them anywhere near enough stock to complete pre orders but when this has happened in the past it could only be delayed by a few days until they get more stock in. Fingers crossed.

Yup, that's how mine shows. Pin is on dispatched but no dispatch date and no ETA.

Picked up my blue 1TB pro max from Apple in Cambridge this morning at 8. My Watch Ultra 3 black Milanese from EE arrived an hour ago. After reading all these posts, I feel extremely lucky. Been there before though, when I bought the Ultra 2, 2 years ago, on preorder day, I didn’t receive it till 3 weeks after launch. Fingers crossed you all get your devices soon.

This EE staff member was shocked when I told her people have been told A 28 day wait for phones and she told me that they could get me it for next day delivery.
I told her others have been told a 3 week wait and she even asked if that was from EE staff so I told her yes and she seemed to think we should all get them soon. This staff never was was located in London with the live chat

Turns out my VIP attempt didn't work with DPD. Paid for 0800-1200hrs delivery. No show. Called and they said it will be later, no idea of time. Similar to a couple of years ago. I think I'm going to stop bothering with VIP for iPhone releases.

Understandable because how is EE one of the largest networks in the UK giving zero communication and struggling like this as if it doesn’t happen every year at the same time, and I’m hearing online about other networks delivering today with zero issues.

So sorry to hear this, the VIP upgrade seems to have worked for me but perhaps it’s just based on location and how busy DPD are. I’m tracking my driver he’s half way through his drops due to me at 5pm, I’m his 144 stop so I can’t imagine how many he’s actually got left after me. It’s a shame DPD have been put in this position.

This makes me hopeful! EE tracker only goes up to dispatched and nothing in my DPD app still. Same happened last year, when will I learn!

It's like this every year. One year I actually drove down to the local depot to see if I could collect because I hadn't had my slot posted yet. They didn't have the facility for depot collection, but they were that defeated they were willing to help me anyway. When I arrived, there were 2 staff smoking at the main gate just sat on the floor. They told me that their boss had gone on leave and let half the depot go on leave too. After venting, they offered to have a look for my phone. They searched for a good 20mins whilst I waited. I could tell by the state of the place they were overrun. They eventually found my phone with the van that was currently being loaded to go out, it just hadn't been scanned yet. I would have probably received it in a couple more hours after that if I'd just waited. I'm glad I saw it though as it made me appreciate what they go through.
