Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I pre ordered the PM 256gb in orange on Sunday at 11:30am, I was told I’d receive it today, got told paying the £6.99 delivery fee would “ensure” I receive it today, definitely seeming like I won’t see it until the middle of October

PM Silver 256gb. They told me they aren't due any stock for it. Waiting on apple for next stock update.

That s annoying, I'd have thought at that time silver would be a safe bet.

They did get stock weekly last year, hope yours arrives quickly.

I know thats why I went for Silver. All the paperwork states it went through at 14:10. So I am disappointed but I have no control over the situation.

I was told this morning that there is stock still in their warehouse still being assigned to people and there’s still a chance I will receive my silver PM 256GB in the next few days as I ordered on the 13th. However if one isn’t assigned to me I’ll be waiting 28 days

Angry, upset and aggrieved. Order iPhone 17 Pro Max on Friday at 3pm was PROMISED delivery today and they also took a payment of £6.98 to ensure this would be the case. 

I’ve just had a chat with EE and expressed how unhappy we all are saying that we’ve all been told different things and there is no consistency. Also, the fact that some people ordered after others and same device and the later order have arrived before the early pre orders.

He informed me that he is going to pass this on to his line manager and ensure that something happens but I’ll believe that if I see it. 

I’ve been a customer with EE for just over 5 years and never had an issue and now I feel disappointed and let down. The guide said last night it will be with me today. However, the guide this morning confirmed this wasn’t the case. 

Sorry for the rant guys I’m just mega upset 😣

They took a payment of £6.98 for delivery, doesn’t specify launch delivery.

Completely understandable. Especially when you forked out for the extra delivery fee!

If it makes you feel any better, me and the Mrs been with EE/Orange since 2008 and this is the first time we've experienced bad customer service from them.

I also think other carriers are facing similar issues from Apple, especially with the higher storage Pro Max's.

When did you order it? I ordered mine on 12th Sep at 15:13 for store collection and I only got an XKO order confirmation. The only way I knew mine is coming today is from the DPD app. Have you created a DPD account with same details registered on EE? I haven’t received any dispatch emails, as the only other update from EE is when it’s ready to pick up.

We had no chance for today mate. I spoke with a manager last night that told me categorically there was no stock left in silver.
