30th September for me, technically 23rd if they didn't cancel my order. Never ordering with EE again either. Once this contract is up I'll gladly leave and go with o2 or something similar. My partners device with o2 was delivered in about 2-3 weeks. Ordered same time as us.

I ordered an iPhone 17 PM 512GB Cosmic Orange on 10/10, I went into an EE store at White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds, they advised me that I should get it in the next 14 days. Still getting weekly automated emails every Saturday.

Has anyone had a DPD text today? Rung EE Customer Services this morning but they had absolutely no idea when i would get my phone. Appreciate the honesty but god this is frustrating!

Nope, just spoken to EE myself and have been told it'll be within 7 working days guaranteed. Then again, I have been told that / similar things countless times.

I have been told same but I have just checked that on my app the order status has been changed to preparing to dispatch for the first time since 2/10 although haven't received any text.

Does anyone have ordered pro max 256 gb cosmic orange after 29/10 and got the delivery ?? I have ordered mine on 28/10, still no updates whatsoever..

So frustrating …

Ordered mine, (silver btw), on 14/10, they told me I will have my phone on 13th-14th November. 
I don’t know if I trust them or not at this point 😅 

last week they told me 14th-15th November. 
I will wait and see, no updates from 28th October.

You and me both. I've been told it's 28 working days rather than 28 days. That makes mine Friday 7th as I ordered 30th. Yours would be 28 working days tomorrow. We'll see...
