Has anyone been told their iPhone 17 pro max will be dispatched within 24 hours? Mine hasn’t I just want to know if anyone else has been through the same thing

@Caseyjane2010  When did you order it ?  Because there are is a backlog of orders that have to fulfilled first. And depending on when model spec you ordered there will be a different waiting period.

for anyone wondering. Just been told by EE that if you’ve yet to receive a text from DPD then the chances of it coming this week is extremely unlikely.

Also been told that the next stock is expected within 28 days, so looks like we’re all waiting that extra month to receive our phones. So even if you’ve waited a month already. Another month to go, and for those that have only just ordered. You’re most likely going to have to wait a month before you receive your phone and thats if there’s enough stock to cover the back log and new orders.

17 Pro max I ordered 27th of sept When will I get it

Ordered PM Silver on 19th September .. currently speaking with an EE Guide through messaging and he has just shown me that they have 0 stocks on all Pro Max and shows over 28 days dispatch. 

It seems like they will be making monthly deliveries only so I will not be waiting 2months+ for a phone so good luck to you guys !

Honestly don't listen to the guides through the chat. I spoke to them who showed me a screenshot of no stock but when I rang the agent said they had 50 in stock being picked the some people got their DPD texts and then their phones. 

i ordered 16th September, still no phone or DPD message 🙃

What phone did you order? I ordered mine on 21st sept. 17pm deep blue 256gb, when I see you guys who ordered much before me and still haven’t received. It doesn’t give me high hopes.

also yeah I get that. Problem is. I dont understand why the guides havent got exact same information as those on 150 customer service line.
