I’ve ordered the iPhone 17 pro on 13th September on contract, but I’m yet to receive it. When I check the order tracking, it says my order tracking is timing out, so I can’t even track it. Tried calling EE and I can’t get through to speak to anyone. Anybody have any idea what’s happening?

If tracking is not available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You should download the DPD app as well.

I spoke to EE today and they said all orders for 17 pro max should be delivered by 28th of this month

I ordered the PM 256 silver today. Apple are saying between 14 and 21 days. We’ll see.

I ordered mine on the 15/10. Had an update Saturday and was told it would be more that 28 days. Not sure what to believe now

I’m sorry to pile on in this topic. I know a lot of people are complaining about delays and obviously I’m not too happy about it either as i’ve passed in my 13PM to my mom and using now an X until new one arrives, but I understand the delay.

My question is if anyone can give me an estimate delivery for orders placed on the 22nd as when placing the order was told it would take a week but then called again to chase and was told twice up to 28 days. It’s 28 days today and just got a general update on my tracking saying order coming soon but nothing from DPD.

Saw some people have been waiting since the 16th and had nothing yet, you could be looking at a while.

i saw someone above say apparently all 17pm will be sent out this week, not holding my breath though.
