I ordered the silver  17 pro max 256gb on 16th september, my EE tracking page hasn't moved from 'order confirmed' but i have received two further emails stating my order is on track. The EE guide told me to completely ignore the EE tracker as it's not accurate and to wait for the DPD updates. Has anyone who has ordered the same phone as me around the same time had anything from DPD yet?

I ordered the same Silver 256 on 25th as it was my pay day and I had quite a bit to pay off my flex pay…never doing that again. 2 year contract but 3 year flex pay. And 2 separate payments each time. Gone back to normal contract this time. I’ve only had 1 your order is on track update so far.

I ordered on the 15th in the evening, same phone as you and have had your order is coming soon email a week ago but nothing since then 😩😩

It seems like the silver 256gb is in really high demand, another week and it's been the 28 days for me so im hoping I'll get some sort of update soon, didn't bother getting my phone fixed and using my daughters normal size 13 is driving me mad haha!

I had the original confirmation email, then your order is on track and then 'good news your order is coming soon' on the 30th and had nothing at all since. I hope it's not another 28 day wait! 🙃

I ordered the 17 pro max 256gb in blue on the 19th. I got an update saying “great news your order should be with you soon” on Friday, but my status hasn’t changed from order confirmation was wondering if anyone else who ordered around the same time had this update and have received theirs yet, Thankyou x

I currently have the 14 Pro Max, this was the first time I decided to have the Pro Max. My Mum and Dad both have a 15 Pro and whenever they ask me to do something on their phones for them it feels weird so I definitely feel your pain. I think if the colours were similar to those of the 16 Pro and Pro Max we might not have had to wait as long as they were all really nice. And there was 4 of them. Some of us just want a neutral colour phone and the Blue and Orange are a little too out there for some of us. If it was a pastel blue I probably would have gone for that but I don’t like dark blue.

I also ordered the 17 PM in blue on the 19th and received the same update on Friday but have not received any further updates since Friday. Have you recently spoke to EE regarding the order? I wonder when it will it be sent to DPD

When i spoke to EE i was told by one person that it will be with me within the 28 days as stated when i ordered it and the second person told me it could be a further 28 days from when i called on the 1st. I honestly dont think any of the EE guides have a clue when to expect stock etc so theyre unable to give updates

Ordered the Cosmic Orange 17 Pro Max, 256GB on the 20th over the phone, and the customer service member said that it's going to be 28 days, give or take. Just spoke to EE through the app, and they said a further 16 days minimum from today. This is ridiculous. 

If I had know I'd be receiving my phone in November, I'm not sure I would have bothered with EE and gone somewhere else.
