Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

When i spoke to EE i was told by one person that it will be with me within the 28 days as stated when i ordered it and the second person told me it could be a further 28 days from when i called on the 1st. I honestly dont think any of the EE guides have a clue when to expect stock etc so theyre unable to give updates

Ordered the Cosmic Orange 17 Pro Max, 256GB on the 20th over the phone, and the customer service member said that it's going to be 28 days, give or take. Just spoke to EE through the app, and they said a further 16 days minimum from today. This is ridiculous. 

If I had know I'd be receiving my phone in November, I'm not sure I would have bothered with EE and gone somewhere else.

Update, ive just been told by an EE guide that my device is in the warehouse and theyre working through allocating them and ill recieve a text from DPD as soon as its diapatched. So hopefully wont be long now!

Ngl i feel so bad for yall who ordered weeks ago, i ordered mine on the 30th of september and got mine on the 4th of october. Maybe it depends on areas of the country im not sure.

I would assume so! Hopefully by the end of this week we will have them! He said normally allocation takes a couple of days but with how many there are it could take a little longer x

Really sorry to be a bearer of the bad news but the “your orders in the warehouse waiting to be allocated to you” line has been around since the launch day, they most probably said that to get rid of you. I have been told that about 2 weeks ago with no luck. I did get off the chat with a guide today and they said that there’s no stock and to wait 28 days, so they literally don’t know what’s going on really. 
we’ve got no other option other than be patient we will receive the phones sooner or later. I have really high hopes that people who ordered on the 14th-16th will receive their phones this week as last week most of the updates on here were from people who have ordered on the 12th-14th so EE is moving the orders by the looks of it. 
not sure what colours and storages you guys are waiting for but by the looks of it the blue is getting dispatched quicker as it wasn’t as sought after. Ordered myself an orange 256 on the 16th

I asked him to confirm if my order was in the current batch and he said it was 😩 I hope it's this week, I know it'll probably take a while but we can hope! Thank you for the update 🙂
