I spoke to them this morning as well. The 'Guide' said it would be within 28 days for mine (1TB PM Orange) - I challenged him on that and said I'd ordered it at 1.30pm last Friday, and then he said would be sooner as I pre-ordered and it's first come first served. Realistically - it was obvious he didn't have a clue because they haven't been told anything. I then got asked if I wanted to upgrade my Ultra 2 watch to Ultra 3, only £30 a month with trade in (which is ridiculous considering I only have 31 days of the contract left) and he could guarantee delivery tomorrow! I politely declined but thought it funny they trying to sell when I'm complaining about lack of communication.

It means nothing at all and only wound me up further. I ordered 8pm on Friday 12th and mine updated to “your order is on track” last night (like hell it is) and I just got an email saying the same thing with no info… really quite infuriating to be gaslit by EE. I wasn’t that bothered by a delay originally, almost assumed it would happen as Apple are awful at manufacturing to demand for launches and have been since the original iPhone launch.. I do mind a 28 day delay and I really mind the lack of useful info and active gaslighting!

Exactly the same for me. They are saying they are still in pre-order phase, despite the fact they were supposed to be delivered yesterday 😞

My 17 Pro is being delivered today from DPD. Still not sure why it was today and not yesterday but hey-ho. 

17 Pro, 256 Cosmic Orange, Ordered at 5pm on the 12th via the phone. 

No news on my AirPods though - the app still says it's pre-ordered with a DPD note saying sorry it's delayed.
