Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Ordered the 17 pro max on 9/9 as soon as the pre-orders went live. It’s 20th now and there is no update on delivery date/time. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting as they’re supposed to be delivered by the 19th. Thanks

My tracking has updated to say my order is on track. No idea when for as I ordered at 3pm on 12th.

I pre ordered on 12th I couldn’t do this on the app or website as it kept crashing so this was done over the phone. Spoke to a lovely lady. I did get a good deal on my upgrade .. I was assured the phone would be with my yesterday .. nothing 📦 😔 I have rang customer service just a  vague ‘ it will be dispatched soon’ I took the day off to be at home for the parcel and set the phone up. it’s all a bit of a sour experience. It’s the first upgrade I have done with EE and it’s not been great. the whole experience has made me question the network

delivery is “awaiting confirmation” and I ordered it to be delivered in the store so I guess DPD is no good to me.

I spoke to them this morning as well. The 'Guide' said it would be within 28 days for mine (1TB PM Orange) - I challenged him on that and said I'd ordered it at 1.30pm last Friday, and then he said would be sooner as I pre-ordered and it's first come first served. Realistically - it was obvious he didn't have a clue because they haven't been told anything. I then got asked if I wanted to upgrade my Ultra 2 watch to Ultra 3, only £30 a month with trade in (which is ridiculous considering I only have 31 days of the contract left) and he could guarantee delivery tomorrow! I politely declined but thought it funny they trying to sell when I'm complaining about lack of communication.

It means nothing at all and only wound me up further. I ordered 8pm on Friday 12th and mine updated to “your order is on track” last night (like hell it is) and I just got an email saying the same thing with no info… really quite infuriating to be gaslit by EE. I wasn’t that bothered by a delay originally, almost assumed it would happen as Apple are awful at manufacturing to demand for launches and have been since the original iPhone launch.. I do mind a 28 day delay and I really mind the lack of useful info and active gaslighting!

Has anyone returning their old phone received a returns pack yet? Got the phone yesterday and other years the pack has been delivered before the phone so not sure whether to get in touch or not
