Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Is anyone else’s EE app showing this? I ordered on 12/09,  I still haven’t received a single confirmation, and had to get an order number from them over the phone… matter of fact has anyone with an 02 order number received any updates on their order?

Interesting, I ordered the exact same model and colour, on the same day however 5 minutes later than you, and absolutely no signs there's any movement still on the order page.

Ugh just spoke to EE and they said it’s gonna be 28 days or more for me… (I ordered mine last Friday at 2 **bleep**) this is ridiculous

Mine is still showing that for my watch upgrade, and i received that yesterday.

Oh, it means I ordered on Sunday, so I’ll have to wait longer than 🙁

Ordered the 17 pro max on 9/9 as soon as the pre-orders went live. It’s 20th now and there is no update on delivery date/time. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting as they’re supposed to be delivered by the 19th. Thanks

My tracking has updated to say my order is on track. No idea when for as I ordered at 3pm on 12th.

I pre ordered on 12th I couldn’t do this on the app or website as it kept crashing so this was done over the phone. Spoke to a lovely lady. I did get a good deal on my upgrade .. I was assured the phone would be with my yesterday .. nothing 📦 😔 I have rang customer service just a  vague ‘ it will be dispatched soon’ I took the day off to be at home for the parcel and set the phone up. it’s all a bit of a sour experience. It’s the first upgrade I have done with EE and it’s not been great. the whole experience has made me question the network

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

delivery is “awaiting confirmation” and I ordered it to be delivered in the store so I guess DPD is no good to me.
