It’s sad to see how little stock they had for these phones, from what I’ve seen it’s like this every year, you would have thought they’d have prepared for these scenarios

Where do you track this, when I try with my 0265 order number it just errors out.

Try entering your email address instead of phone number on View updates

That worked for me. If you have multiple emails and multiple numbers, try them all.

I've had a few meaningful conversations today with staff that actually seem to know what they're on about...

One told me that the model I'd ordered (17PM 256 Cosmic Orange) went onto backorder at 3pm on pre-order day so any orders processed after that will have been added to the waiting list. I'd ordered some point on Saturday.

A few conversations with a different physical EE store managers tell me that they do not currently have the option to order 17PM in Cosmic Orange at all, and they don't anticipate that changing for the next 4-6 weeks. What bearing that has on existing orders, I do not know.

All in all I've given up on the PM this year, so have cancelled my order and ordered a standard 17 Pro 256 in Cosmic Orange tonight instead... It'll be here Sunday and I've already had the texts etc as I missed the cut off for delivery tomorrow.

Hello. So, pre ordered the 17 pro max on the 12th around 1:30pm. Everyday on my order history it said DPD delivery expected for the 19th (today). This morning it changed to DPD- there’s been a delay on the order, we’ll email when it’s dispatched. 
Anyone having the same issue? Spoke to customer service they said they don’t know when it’ll be delivered. All they know is they get deliveries of iPhones every Thursday and stock varies. Feel like cancelling, heard people are waiting months with EE

I would like to know who those people are that "are waiting months", when the device has only released today and preorders only went live last week.

Some devices are in stock, have waits of up to 28 days and others "more than 28 days". Stock is allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

EE Customer Services are the only ones who could possibly answer with any authority on this.

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders including a pay monthly handset.

If you’ve ordered a pay as you go handset, other device, or an EE SIM only your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.

I keep getting this, speaking to CS they said its a chat order and you can only track online orders.
