Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Mine says on EE [Pre-Ordered] and then DPD: Sorry your parcel is delayed, we will notify you when it’s dispatched. 

No tracking information provided and no communication from EE. 

I ordered on 12/09 at 16:00 got my acknowledgment email at 18:30 same day.

I ordered Friday and was told it was coming today (twice!) and it’s not. 

So even those that ordered Friday aren’t getting it today either.

I’ve been told next Friday the latest but we’ll see 🙃

Finally arrived. Pro 1tb Orange. Ordered 14:53 on the 12th and delivered 14:22 today.

I’d love to even be told any update, the radio silence isn’t good for EE overall. As one of the biggest networks they should be ready for issues like this

Was that a pre order? Shouldn’t have to wait an extra week if others got their pre order is on time. Either no one gets them or everyone gets them surely?

EE are the smallest mobile network operator since VodafoneThree merged.

Preorders are not guaranteed, it’s been like this for years, best endeavors.

Customer service still don’t have anymore info than we do on here.

Yep I did it on the Friday, order confirmation says before 8pm and I made it into the 14 day batch, but been falsely told twice I was guaranteed to receive it today. So, called up this morning and he said you shouldn’t have been told today, the 1st guy was probably not correctly informed that not all pre launch orders will be delivered today and the guy yesterday should have just checked the system properly, so a complain is likely going against him, because had he done what the guy today did, he would have seen I made it into the batch that takes upto 14 days.
