Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I had my text from DPD on the 24th 

and we tracking didn’t update till 25th

so I should be getting it today hopefully

Ordered iPhone 17 pro max 1TB deep blue on 16th September and got my DPD text yesterday evening. It's at my local depot now and hoping delivery today or tomorrow... 

I do agree, it should've been first come first serve basis but it's not. People who ordered before me are still waiting... I live in Hertfordshire and my local depot is Luton.

My order updated to “on track” on the 23rd but still no text from EE or DPD I’m hoping will receive something soon as can see that other people ordered on the 16th like myself and have received there phones!

quick one tho, due to the fact we don’t really know when they are going to arrive and I have work commitments, can I give my DPD pin etc to my mum to be able to take the parcel in for me? Or does it have to be me?

I received my pro max 2 days ago but I called EE about the fact some people received £20 - £30 credit for the delay.

The CS said he had never heard about it, so I mentioned this forum thread as an example and he opened it up to read some of the posts.

I would suggest everyone who received the phone recently but pre-ordered on the 12th should give them a call to claim  the credit.
