Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I asked what is the rough delivery time for the iPhone 17 pro max as I’m going away and want someone home to collect it. 

she said she can get it delivered to me for next day delivery.  And said that if I have pre-ordered it should  be with me today or tomorrow.

So I then told her some of us with the same phone have been told it’s a 28day wait even though they pre ordered too.

then she said what from an Ee member. And that it’s the first she is hearing about the long wish for delivery. 
then she said she is confident based of what she knows and can see online we should be getting them tomorrow 

She said she was based in Richmond, London whereas I’m based in Hertfordshire. 

Hmmmmm doubt it but I hope

Right this is just getting funny now 🤣. Just got off the phone with EE (mainly just messaged them until today)  and the person who was rather nice actually said that I was booked in for the 19th to get my delivery but sadly it’s not looking like it and he told me that I could contact DPD about my order so I’m calling them now. Mentioned something about an open order I’m not sure.

pre ordered on the 16th am, received a confirmation email on the 16th 09:04am

If it was the Pro Max you ordered, I think the guy on the phone was telling porkies.

Pro max. Telling lies as i just got off the phone to dpd and they have nothing in their system. How do they get away with it lol

I am in the exact same boat, although I ordered at around 1pm  on the 12th (release day). Im disappointed as  I was told if I paid for delivery I was guaranteed to get the phone today. Still no updates via EE or DPD…. I think this is a pretty big problem and that EE should be more upfront about estimated times/dates and maybe have a limit on how many people can actually pre order the device. Im off 500 miles south to mums wedding in a matter of days. So could even miss the delivery if they try and deliver when im away. Which would be even more troublesome. Message to EE: please help us loyal customers receive our phones asap. This isn’t right

Did you get a timeframe on delivery for your order? 
I placed mine on 15th and was told within 21 days. Then messaged on live chat yesterday and again they said 21 days:(

Most of them will tell you whatever you want to hear to get them off the phone. They want to take orders and solve actual issues, not spend hours chatting with someone who want their new toy now.

Might be harsh but that's the reality of the situation unfortunately. I think they would only care if your order was actually lost or in limbo. If you didn't order on the Friday then it's not coming today.
