Well theyve lied about that because i ordered online 12th 1.18pm and mines on its way for 1pm delivery today got notification yesterday at 2pm XKO No. Think they like to spew whatever they feel lol

Anyone got the XKO and EE tracking says dispatched but nothing from DPD?

So I’m interested to know do EE ship out once a week or will it be daily deliveries to DPD? ordered Friday 13:10 confirmed order Saturday AM hopefully not waiting a week and could have chance of delivery at weekend or Monday

I have the order confirmed with XBO number but no confirmation on when my phones being delivered/ no communication from dpf either

Ordered mine 1:06pm on Friday, received “We’ve got your order” email same time, received an “order confirmed” email on Sunday 14th. Spoke to EE and they have no idea when my phone will be dispatched or why it took 2 days to process my order. Incredibly unhappy. Order number shows awaiting confirmation, and XKO order number doesn’t work in tracker.

I did the same but I ordered Sunday am and when I contacted them they cancelled my xko order and created a new one. Pushing me right to the back of the queue

Think all the first batches ship this week and the next batches ship next Friday and then after that it's probably October 10th maybe. As my other provider has given me a date of next Friday and I ordered with them on Saturday evening

Ugh I I ordered the silver pro max last Friday at 2 pm and still no update (I even paid extra for faster delivery)

My sis ordered her blue pro two days ago and it arrived today.

I even asked the guy if the colours make a difference to the delivery time but was told no. But my sis was told the blues are the only one in stock.
