I have an xko order number, ordered in the 12th, acknowledged on 14th, no update since then.

online tracking just results in an error (tracking request timed out)

called 150 and didn’t get any useful info, other than ‘you can’t track it until it’s shipped’ which sounds like BS after seeing others on this thread able to track. Upgraded through the EE app.

should I call them again or just wait?

They ship in batches every week. If you didn’t get your text wait next week and so on.

It looks as though anyone who's ordered Silver Pro Max in all sizes after 2pm is in for a long wait following a stock shortage.

Ordered a Deep Blue 256 PM on pre-orders at 1pm online (conformation email came through at 1:04) so i should of been one of the first lot to order one.. Got a text on monday saying they have my order and it will be "dispatched in 7 days" since then 0 communication, Nothing on my DPD app, no text with a pin as of 11:22pm. So my hopes of actually getting it today are very low. Phoned 150 yesterday and was told it will arrive today again how much i actually believe that is very low. I can't even track the order on the track mobile order page, just get a "oops your request timed out" with any combo i try, and there is nothing in my EE app. Im not even desperate to get it today, it arrvies when it arrives i just want to know a date... so i can make sure i am home.

 so currently chatting to a guide and this is what he told me about my order. Order placed on Tuesday morning received a confirmation email Tuesday 09:04am. Is the middle message a good sign or should I see what they have in stock? I wouldn’t mind the silver 17 pro max or should I just wait for the orange instead seeing as it’s in the warehouse supposedly

Bizarre one here… I was told when I ordered last Friday that my orange 17PM would be delivered on 19th. Contacted EE live chat yesterday to tell them I had no DPD confirmation; they told me it was still due to be delivered on 19th and to expect a DPD message in the morning. When I had no message this morning from DPD, I called EE and was told my device had left EE and was ‘on its way to DPD’ but due to the volume of phones, DPD may be essentially staggering deliveries. Let’s see if I get a text today for delivery tomorrow! The EE order tracker is still showing as ‘awaiting confirmation’.

DPD just delivered my iPhone 17 Pro , 256GB Cosmic orange.  Now the waiting game for my AirPods Pro 3.
