i was told to pay the £6.98 or whatever it was to ensure delivery tomorrow/saturday

then I had a live chat with CS earlier this evening asking for a rough estimation on wait time to revive as I’m going away. and he just replied with. “the phone is not released yet, wait till tomorrow”

Ordered the 17 Pro Orange via phone on Friday 5pm. Received an instant email with 004 order number.

Tracking it says it's 'Awaiting Confirmation', nothing from DPD.

Rang EE and they said it's been booked in for Saturday delivery, no explanation as to why.

I ordered Tuesday. And have a tracking number starting with 004949 

when I ordered it EE staff member said it will come Friday or Saturday 

and I played the £6.98

i ordered the 17 pro max 512 🍊

and based in Hertfordshire… wonder if area is affecting it too?

The charge for delivery wasnt for a specific day/time! It was a flat rate charge for the delivery of your device as it cannot be left anywhere and you will have to give them a PIN code to take delivery. This is what the charge was for!
