hi EE ordered my iphone 17 pro max on friday 19 th september your website said it was in stock and would be dispatched in 24 hours or before its sunday now and still no update i have called a store and been told that they are out of stock and it would be 28days until i can get it which is unacceptable as your website is still saying in stock i find it very hard to believe that you are just openly lying to your customers i don’t believe it’ll take 28 days as the iphone is in stock every where else so i don’t know what to do didn’t expect this company to be so useless as soon as i joined can anyone on here just tell me the truth on whats going on

Unfortunately, due to the high demand and many have pre-ordered, so they are sent out on a first come first serve basis, so it is down to Apple as to how many they actually send out, this happens every year and other networks are having the same problem, I have read elsewhere, so yes it can take up to 28 days, but could be sooner, depending what Apple send out, colour, storage size, as to when you will receive the device, patients is a virtue.

Is there anyway of knowing an update for a specific order? We are being told different things everytime we call EE customer service and just need one clear update. Surely there’s an update for a specific order that EE would be able to provide? Or some comms that could go out as since I’ve ordered I’ve had no information regarding my order and have to keep calling to be told different timings

i’ve had the same problem it seems like they are just passing the blame i don’t mind waiting for the new phone i get that but all im really saying is it should say that on the website as saying a product is in stock and available for next day and then after purchase say it may take up to 28 days is really crappy like not a great start for a new costumer mine just says will be dispatched within 24 hours it said that since i ordered it 2 days ago so i’m not sure if you find anything useful could you let me know thanks 

they have updated the website it’s saying it will take longer than 28days so guess those who ordered it before it updated just got screwed

 dose this mean my order has been dispatched or is hasn’t it on there it says order dispatched but i havnt had any emails and none in my junk main either i also dont have a dpd tracking number

I ordered mine last night and it’s already been dispatched 

really what size and colour did you get cant believe they sorted yours already 

Mine just said the same thing as yours where it says dispatched but if it hasn’t been dispatched there lying to us clearly
