Not everyone had to pay. Even when I went through to order another I wasn’t made to pay the £6.98 said delivery is free

Yeah it appears some advisors waivered it to secure the upgrade!  Was just pointing out thou the charges wasnt for a specific delivery date.

Just spoke with EE, my sim free order placed on the 12th as soon as they went live and payment taken at the time is still showing as a preorder on my account.  They say this is normal and always shows as a preorder untill delivered and I will get a delivery slot tomorrow.....

Late to the game but i got a text at 09:47 today with DPD tracking and then another at 12:22 so, phone and airpods are on the way for delivery tomorrow
