Evening all 

Had DPD text my phones arriving  tomorrow

ive done the upgrade anytime so I have to give my 16 back 

does anyone know if I have to give it back there and then when they bring my new phone to my door

Mine say similar but delivery date says 14 days still, just contacted EE CS and was told to expect it in 14 days and that no one will receive it on launch day as launch day doesn't mean release day. The lady I spoke to was very dismissive of my questions asked and told me that after today I can’t cancel my order and would have to wait for it to be delivered and then contact DPD to arrange a pick up if I wanted to send the phone back to them. Over all a very disappointing experience from EE CS

I placed mine at like 4am Sunday but still think zero chance I get it this week, most likely next week fingers 🤞

Just been in contact with them on the live chat and it appears mine is 026 also. So I guess it’s game over for getting it this weekend then.

Not had a text for it but I did go on the chat and ask if they could give me an update on that order number and they screen printed the message from their WMS that said it was with DPD for delivery. They will have so many trailers leaving the warehouse that they probably have hourly pull times with DPD so as soon as it’s scanned into a hub you should get an alert. It’s happened before where I’ve had the message the morning of delivery.

Praying a lot of us wake up with a text from dpd in the morning🤞 I’ve had that sometimes where the night before or early in the morning you’ll receive a text for delivery that same afternoon or evening.

Yeah I've ordered the same. Absolutely **bleep** take. They should have known their stock and capped the orders.
