I think DPD are snowed under. I have 1 tracking number but both devices show that they’re despatched. It’s like Christmas

Unfortunately to all those being told their order is being processed as “priority” it’s a lie. They are doing nothing & have changed nothing

Sure, but people who ordered way after me already have their tracking and getting delivery tomorrow. On a positive note, my AirPods Pro 3 just got despatched. On a negative note, shipping states 'DPD - Two Day Standard: Free' so delivery on Saturday is most likely as told by CS. Why, just why? There was no delivery option when I ordered them?

Still not update on the iPhone.

Just got my DPD message, no idea which order it’s for, phone or watch. Phone has been showing as dispatched since yesterday, but don’t have an order number for the watch to check, just confirmation email

I’ve had a text from dpd. 

But the tracking has not updated since last Friday. Still says processing

If you had a text from dpd, means they have your phone physically, so it’s coming tomorrow. Ditch the tracking on ee website as it’s completely borked. Enjoy your new phone!
