They didn’t mention anything to me when I upgraded, just that I should return the headset and a pack would be sent out. I didn’t think that F&F expired? No idea why not returning an item when you’re paying the non-return fee would affect the F&F. 

I always send mine back, I know I could probably get more online for it but it’s an unwanted hassle Buying tech online attracts the worst people, they want to pay half the prices and expect a brand new item.

Ok that’s good to know thank you, I got told from ee yesterday that I would get the notification from dpd on Thursday for delivery on Friday so will wait and see.

I’ve had my phone arrive & be set up before I got the contract change texts 😂 not sure if it’ll be different now they are sim free. I’ve shot myself in the foot this year, ordered the AirPods Pro 3 so no doubt Thursday the only DPD notification on Thursday I’ll get is for them 😂

damn thats really a rip off, my contract of £113 from two years ends today so glad i'm going sim only for £14 a month. 113 for 256GB and paying 200 upfront is a joke really

Hi everyone, I’m new here and also new to ordering an iPhone through EE – I normally buy direct from Apple.

On Saturday I tried to do an upgrade online but somehow ended up adding a second line instead. I realised afterwards and rang Customer Services on Sunday evening. They confirmed I had indeed added a second line, but then checked the system and put me through an upgrade instead, showing delivery for Friday.

I was told I’d receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, but we’re now at Tuesday and I’ve had no email or order number.

I spent around 2 hours on chat today and was eventually told they can see my order, but it’s “unlikely” I’ll get the phone Friday. They refunded my delivery charge and added some credit to my account. I did manage to get an order number from them, which starts 0265.

So my question is – what’s the realistic chance of me actually receiving my phone on Friday? Has anyone else had a similar experience with EE pre-orders?

Seen a fair bit of chat about order numbers, could anyone give me a rundown on the significance of this? Mine starts with 40.

I assume it’s just how early you placed your order since I secured mine on sunday. Also anyone else getting the message that DPD will take more than 28 days?

I pre ordered on friday got told i would get it friday got told i would get a email confirmation didnt get anything spoke to ee kept saying its a open sales order will get email when gets dispatched got a screen shot of my order says delivery slot 19th my order number starts with 0265 cant track it with ee.
