Waited an Hour to be answered by someone, only to be told they can't do any of the discounts I've had for years, as there's "No way to apply them" on the phone.

Told the price for the iPhone 17 Pro on Full works came to £95

I've only been paying £60 for the 16 Pro Max on Full works for the past year!

Managed to get an Air in Sky Blue, getting all the documents signed was a slow journey. Apparently many people gave up and tried again later but I got lucky.

Now been told they can't process any more orders - they can't send out the terms and conditions, etc. They told me that they'd need to call me back, and the earliest it seems is Tuesday.

What a farce.  

May just end up ordering it via Apple towards the end of the month.  It'll be quite a wait, but I won't have to deal with EE's systems.

Yep I threatened to cancel and go directly with Apple. The guy tried it again and it worked.

You’d think the same issue they have every year would be fixed. 

 Got through at 1:04. Confirmed all the documents and everything. After a while on hold been told they will call me back once the order has been put through. So I guess there will be a backlog. Still haven’t heard anything from them.

I managed to order 15 pro max cosmic orange 256gb via the sim-free finance option.  Order confirmed but they told me on the phone that doesn’t mean it’s come through on the system it just means it’s been processed. The system is still down and will not update that order. 

btw, anyone know why EE charge an extra £100 for the pro max when going through contract / flex pay. Where as the finance option which is basically the exact same thing as flex pay since they’re both interest free for 24 months, is the actual cost of the phone.
