Called at 12:55, on hold for 5 mins, answered bang on 1pm.

17 Pro Max in Silver 1TB with Full Works. £124 with £136 up front, and then with F&F discount goes to £86/m.

No XKO as I didn’t upgrade online this time, straight away got the all important email from EE Support which should put me straight into the queue.

Ordering online still requires someone to manually go in and approve it, on my 15PM this didn’t occur until Sunday, which delayed my delivery for 3 weeks.

Call, is my best advice.
