Ordered IPhone 17 Pro , 20th September, money has been taken my account , got order number and everything, I then proceeded to get an SMS , explaining

What do I do , money has still been taken out my account !

As per the message you need to contact EE directly. If you don't your purchase reservation will be cancelled and money reimbursed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
