Hi,

When can I expect my watch, I’d ordered on the 19th. I didn’t actually realise it was a pre order my contract was just up. I’ve had an email saying it’s on track but there’s no date to say when I can expect it?

We have no account access here in the public forum and do not know who you are, but orders are dispatched on a first come first serve basis, as these are new devices that have come out on the 12th September, there may be a delay, but if you have the DPD app, as soon as the item is dispatched, you will receive notification from them up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number that you show to the driver to receive your item.

Welcome to the community.

As @Schockwave mentioned, there is likely to be a delay to the dispatch of your watch due to the popularity of it just coming out and pre-orders being open since 12th September.

I can have a look at the stock to see if we can give you an idea as to when it may be dispatched.

Did you order the 42mm or 46mm version?

That model was showing as expected to be more than 28 days for dispatch at the point you ordered, but that is currently showing as 7 days for orders made now, so it looks like we are expecting stock soon.

If you follow the advice of @Schockwave about the DPD app, you'll be notified when it is on the way.
