iPhone 17 Pro Max shipping confirmation.

Has anybody else not received any form of confirmation? 

I have the email to confirm my order with a reference number, but when trying to track the progress it times out. 

I called EE earlier in this afternoon to find out what is going on, simply told I’ll receive confirmation today. Still nothing, still unable to track using my ref.

It is absolutely down to apples poor stock management and not having enough phones is not likely to be EE’s fault. I mean why would they not order enough to even cover back orders or take more back orders than they knew they could fulfil?

what is EE’s fault is this terrible management of communication. They aren’t giving their customer services enough information to adequately inform customers who are contacting them and they should be  sending out comms to affected preorder customers until they have a definitive resolution in the form of a proper date for order fulfilment.

ive worked in telecoms and I know how chaotic iPhone launches are but the comms are all down to EE. And they would have had warnings from Apple about stock shortfalls. They could have done better

Ordered last Friday and was told I’d get the phone today. Spoke to them today and was told it will be 28 days or more. Ridiculous

Just curious if this was sorted? I ordered on Sunday but still heard nothing!

I ordered mine on the 14th off September I eventually got it after 17 days 1st October Hope that helps 

i ordered mine on 26th september, at the time is said “DPD: Usually dispatched within 28 days, now it says “Usually dispatched within 4 days, hopefully it gets sent out once it gets to day 0 🤣 i’m surprised i’ve been this patient tbf haha, do we know if stock has been sent out to EE and how it works once thy receive stock?

Welcome to the community,

Once EE receive stock, orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis. You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you show the driver before receiving your device.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

so when it says DPD: Usually dispatched in 0 days, that doesnt mean its going to be delivered anytile soon? it basically can be another 1 week + after that depending on the stock? are the iphome 17 pro models available im 256gb cosmoc orange? im thinking of cancelling this one and ordering the 17 pro if its available sooner

@daleb1991 ,notification from DPD will say that it will be delivered the next day and then you will get another notification on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

so when it says DPD: Usually delivered in 0 days  on the app then i should get dpd notification the next day to say when it will he delivered?
