Has anybody else not received any form of confirmation? 

I have the email to confirm my order with a reference number, but when trying to track the progress it times out. 

I called EE earlier in this afternoon to find out what is going on, simply told I’ll receive confirmation today. Still nothing, still unable to track using my ref.

It is absolutely down to apples poor stock management and not having enough phones is not likely to be EE’s fault. I mean why would they not order enough to even cover back orders or take more back orders than they knew they could fulfil?

what is EE’s fault is this terrible management of communication. They aren’t giving their customer services enough information to adequately inform customers who are contacting them and they should be  sending out comms to affected preorder customers until they have a definitive resolution in the form of a proper date for order fulfilment.

ive worked in telecoms and I know how chaotic iPhone launches are but the comms are all down to EE. And they would have had warnings from Apple about stock shortfalls. They could have done better

Ordered last Friday and was told I’d get the phone today. Spoke to them today and was told it will be 28 days or more. Ridiculous
