iPhone 17 Pro Max issue

Hi folks,

so I pre ordered in the 14th of the 17 pro max in orange, they immediately took the early upgrade fee and the deposit (£403) and I received the message for the XKO number. Since then the money they took has no appeared as a “credit” on my app and the tracking for the XKO doesn’t show as the order has been confirmed or if there is an estimated delivery date. I understand there is delays, but surely I would have an estimated delivery date date by now? I’m just worried that they have taken this money and not actually completed the order. This is not the first time I have had issues with EE and I’m now starting to lose any trust with them. 
has anyone else has the same experience that they can re assure me it’s going to work out ?

Hi @MrsLods 

We wouldn't want you to be without a phone to use. Although the texts are automated, our trade in department are aware of delays due to waiting for delivery and will accommodate that. If you are worried, you can give our customer care team a call and just make sure they have that noted on your account.

I have ordered the Iphone 17 pro max cosmic orange 256gb on 19th of September and paid the upfront fee and I got the confirmation mail with order number also but the order has not been delivered yet and the status showing no details with that order number given

Please help when can I expect my delivery from dpd

I've just checked, and you can expect your phone to turn up around 28 days from the 19th of September when you ordered it.

Thanks for the update; however, the 28 days will be over on the 17th of October. So, I can expect my delivery around that next week?

Great choice of colour there!

I've just had a look at our stock pages, and it's stating that any order after the 1st of October will be more than 28 days from the date that you placed your order.
