Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any information on when the iPhone 16 Pro Max stock will improve as I want to order one.

But I don’t want to order it now and have to pay monthly for something I don’t have.

Any help / information will be appreciated.

Hi @Ryan01

Welcome to the EE Community

The plan you select as part of your upgrade/order will only begin once the handset is actually dispatched to you from our warehouse.

Which model/colour and size handset were you interested in ordering?

A bit off considering it’s hectic at the moment, EE should be holding fire until they can actually fufill the immense back orders they have without adding more to the badly way EE tend to launch apple products.

And also more false information being given out, I’ve received my 2 Pro maxes on launch day and still being charged for one of my contracts being out of  contract as EEs fantastic systems can’t update the new contract due to a technical fault, so no I don’t think this potential customer should order a product with EE it’s been a total mess for many many customers old and new

EE and BT should never of merged it’s now becoming worse than an arms race for companies to rip off old and new customers without a genuine solution to a problem as they are all under skilled, 7 days for someone to look into why my Full works contract hasn’t been updated to one of my PRO Max phones that was delivered is utterly ridiculous

sorry to hear that I hope everything gets sorted soon, the only issue I’m having with EE at the moment is my ee id problem with the broadband account not linking

Orange & T-Mobile merged to form Everything Everywhere, later rebranded as EE.

The BT Group then purchased EE.

Apple product launches are always hyped, a resulting order backlog is an entirely expected consequence. A closure of orders would likely attract as much frustration as an understandable queue.

Hi,

Have you thought about going direct to Apple and purchasing one interest free?

Good luck.

Hi my order has a bubble with a cross in above  dispatched. There is still no delivery date on the account though! Could you help please?
