Hi @Hinnytwins
Welcome to the community.
If you go to Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers > Switch to OFF, that should allow them to come through.

Unfortunately although my Unknown Caller is switched OFF. I am still missing calls. In fact getting 9 missed calls. 8 from unknown caller and 1 from no caller id all at the same time in my call log but it’s not ringing to allow me to answer?
is there another setting elsewhere I need to check??

Hi @Gwelo,
Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
What type of phone is it you are using please? If you can let me know I can get some specific instructions to check, but additional settings to check would be that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes are not enabled or check that they are set to allow all calls. It is also best to check your permissions for your phone app/calls to see which apps could potentially be blocking calls.

@Gwelo are you using a focus mode on the device?

Hi Chris_B
Focus was on so I’ve turned it off & will test. Fingers crossed!
any ideas on how to invoke a no caller id call??

@Gwelo if you had a focus mode switched on it could have been setup to receive only calls from numbers in your phone book. You can setup a focus mode to receive any calls you wish not just those numbers in your phone book. I use a focus mode when driving ( it’s works automatically when in my car ) so only calls in my favourites call list can actually get hold of me. everyone else gets an automatic text response.

Sadly not working. Seems to go straight to engaged which is why I think it must be a setting the EE side??
any further suggestions?

@Gwelo If you go into Settings> Privacy and security> Select the phone app to see a list of apps which have permissions for this and is there any apps you have installed that may be screening your calls?
If you are able I would test your SIM in another phone to confirm if the issue follows your phone or SIM, as if it does follow the SIM then it will be best to call our team on 150 who can access your account to run a diagnostic.
In terms of invoking a no caller ID call, you can have someone test a call, like a family or friend by having them disable their caller ID before they call you, on an iPhone this should be in Settings> Phone> Show my caller ID and a Samsung for example in Phone> Settings> Supplementary services> Turn off show your caller ID.
