iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I got my confirmation email at 13:12 Friday, the lady on the phone told me expect delivery within 21 days at the end of the call, I can't understand how such an early order is being told 21 days.

@XxDarkMariox99X , that is why pre-order, not delivery until later, this is what happens every year, pre-order is a launch date, otherwise it would say you can order and receive if stocks are available. That is why it says available to pre-order, not ready to deliver yet, not confusing to most customers.

In previous years they've confirmed orders and made all sorts of promises that led to complaints.

Maybe this year they're being more cautious this year.

you can't blame ee for delivery dates as it is apple that control this, even ordering from apple it won't arrive till 8-15th oct

On paper my order number is behind yours. Yet, I had a text message that it will be dispatched in 7 days (from yesterday). That’s where the wait for the DPD message begins. I don’t trust those numbers anymore 

Ordered @ 13:10 on Friday. Confirmed next day (00 number). Judging from last year, message will be sent Either tomorrow or Tuesday for the first batch. As far as I remember people received messages even on Sunday. So you never know.

I would definitely be raising a complaint about that. No one in a call centre should be telling you that you're not a profitable customer. 

I've put a complaint in about the upgrade fee that so many have had waived. Had the upgrade been 1 day later there'd be no fee, it's outrageous. I have lines for the whole family, they get over £300 a month from us across 6 lines. £50 a line isn't chump change!

Mine is the same but i dont expect it to change at all until Thursday - am noticing that some people are getting update texts, my email came in at 14:41 on Friday

I think 2019 is the last time i got the phone delivered on launch day, when placing the order i was told "on track for launch day or the day after" but previous years and especially last year sorta tell us that what any of us are told on the phone should be taken with a pinch of salt

I've probably jinxed my own chances of launch day delivery by ordering my case and screen protector yesterday 😂
