Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

You can find a general discussion thread here: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Orders/Iphone-16-pro-16-pro-max-pre-order-thread-that-time-of-the-year...

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

@oanbamix they don’t have any confirmation for when stock will arrive. The dates provided to everyone are subject to change. Unfortunately it’s a waiting game now, but speaking with EE executives today, they don’t have any idea on when the next shipment will arrive.

You are wrong on this.  Voice recordings can be requested on an SAR if they are within the last 90 days and available.

EE even list this on their website under the relevant section.

Debating whether to change to the normal pro instead of pro max. Anyone changed from 15 pro max to 16 pro?

Probably confirmation to trust the tracking over the advisors

EE executives?

Why would they put a date on it if it was subject to change? Why not leave it as awaiting confirmation if it wasn't organised. Don't think they would just pull random dates outta no where if they didn't have any idea when the next shipment is. Especially given some people got one set of dates and others another.

My date is 4-8th of October. Today I got an email from EE saying “your order is on track” wonder if I’ll receive it sooner or within the dates it’s given me. (Ordered on the 16th)

I think untill the dates are proven wrong, think they are the most accurate timeframe as the advisors don't know anymore

Yeah, I agree. The email does say that the dates are an estimate and if anything changes, they’d let me know. So I guess we will just have to see, I do hope sooner though lmao

Spoke to someone in the Exec Complaints team today after I had been told I was an "Unprofitable customer".

I asked them when I am likely to see the handset and their exact words to me were "If you are ordering today it will be at least 28 days" anything before that should be within 28 days of the order date.

They also said that at the moment they cannot give me an exact date as they just don't know.  I appreciated their honesty if I anything

To be honest that just sounds like they didn't know and was told to tell eveyone is 28 days from when they order. I'm not sure the people in the complaints department will be on top of delivery schedules

I guess the proof will be this week so people have the estimated days of 27th - 1st, if they receive them. But those have started to get their texts so seems like it's looks true
