iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

The information you’ve given here is wrong.

Under a subject access request (SAR) you’re absolutely entitled to copies of any recorded calls where you were speaking to EE.

Having said that, obtaining call recordings won’t change the outcome.

Hope everyone is staying happy and positive. Its been a mess but it sounds like its like this every year the new iPhones are released, this is the first time I'm dealing with it as I've not had an iPhone for along time.

Alot of orders have messed up and people thought they had one and have subsequently had to reorder days later so now it will be later then they wanted.  Reality now is though If you want the phone then there is nothing todo now but confirm with EE you have an order and wait for it to arrive. The advisors wont be able to tell you much so just stick to checking the tracking I think is the best thing todo. If you've got a date it will likely be that time-frame,  if you still have "awaiting confirmation" then unfortunately it most likely means you are further down the list then you wanna be.

Hopefully the people who have the 27th - 1st like myself will be getting theirs this week and then that'll give hope for the rest.

I placed an order on Sunday for iPhone 15 Pro Max. It said the order went through, received an xko number and nothing since. My phone is completely unusable so please don't ask me to contact customer care. I've tried to contact an email but I'm really stressed at this point as my phone is my work. Can someone help?!

I ordered iphone 16 pro max a week ago and i haven’t received any updates. Called EE and they are not helping at all. Worst customer service ever🫳🏻

My situation - for what it's worth.

I placed a pre-order on September 13th for the iPhone 16. I had an email confirming the order at the time with an order number etc.

No sign of the phone today (September 24th) so I rang EE.

They had no record of the order so I've had to replace it while on the phone.

Laughably bad but what can you do?!

Welcome to the community,

There is no email to contact customer service,

You will receive notification once the order has been dispatched and another one from DPD up to the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You can call customer service if you so wish, by using something like Skype, see my signature.

We have no way of knowing as we have no access to accounts.

If it’s the 15 pro max you’ve ordered there shouldn’t be any issues. If it’s a 16 pro max you’ve ordered. Could be anything in the next 28 days it seems. There were people that ordered on launch day and are still waiting. The estimates seem to start from the 27th up to October 8th from what I’ve seen
