Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

just got off the phone from EE, apparently it was my fault that DPD had the incorrect number for the PIN as I processed this as an upgrade to my current apple watch and this put the dummy apple watch number as my contact number - silly me to have not known that putting an upgrade through would cause me to not get my delivery.

 

Nothing to do with the fact that the system allowed me to do this, their solution - ring the DPD depot and ask them to deliver it to me (even though the number is still incorrect) or wait 10 days, the watches will get returned to them - they will send an email to ask why I didn't want them and I will have to reorder again..........

😂😂 Jump off your high horse mate, he wasnt saying you were customer service, he was stating facts. We don’t want your cocky arrogant “advice” thanks. 

They have LIED to us all, so we are not being impatient. Don’t say something and not come through with it. Some have cancelled contracts, some peoples phones are broke, rubbish batt, some are going away etc etc, dont get our hopes up to not deliver on the promised date. Its alright for you your already away so it dont matter as much to you. 

same i ordered sunday to had zero updates since

After all the stress of not having the pin for my watch only the pin for my phone. DPD didn’t even take both pins 😂

Just to add salt to the wound - I've been on the EE chat via the app with my XKO number. The guy told me that they hadn't even ordered my device. 

Now I am fuming. I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't made contact with them. It's not about being inpatient at all - it's about the blatant lies

i haven't even got an XKO number, just the generic EE order number and it doesn't show any info. my account doesn't even show as an order has been placed, but apparently there is one.

As always , quick enough to take the money, not to provide help!

@emma_leighx , no need to be so rude due, I am not arrogant nor cocky arrogant, nor do I need to [jump off my high horse, but maybe you should do so yourself.

Hi,

I placed an order for the new iPhone 16 pro max on the 13th at around 1:30pm, since then I haven't heard anything from EE or DPD regarding the delivery. 

Does anyone know what is happening.

They’re talking rubbish, you don’t get an option to change the number on an upgrade for the watch. 

They can change then number on the delivery, then the next time they attempt the delivery it’ll go to the right phone.

The same happened to me this week for the natural titanium U2.
