Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

Incorrect, because I didn't take insurance... I have my own insurance through my bank .... So maybe I just got lucky! 😄

Following this thread as I spoke to someone last night as I hadn't received any correspondence about it being delivered. She promised me it would be definitely coming today. DPD turned up with an IPhone 16 plus that I'd ordered but no Pro Max...Not impressed. Waiting on a call now to see what the hell is going on and why they're assuring customers they'll turn up when clearly they've run out of stock.

Maybe you did get lucky....and just because you did, that doesn't mean I am incorrect. 

If you happen to read the insurance information when ordering, it says you get the minute one premium bundle for free with the insurance. It does not mention a free case or screen protector on the phone ordering page as far as I'm aware.

I did not take insurance, but the case and protector is on my email under the plan details.

Yeah it did make me laugh a bit when they said that, as I know they are all released today. As you say it’s likely whoever I was speaking to just making something up. Let’s see how long I end up waiting!

I ordered my phone on Tuesday, PM dessert titanium 256gb I’ve had no email about an update when I go on order tracking it says dispatched but have had no update about delivery. Is this happening to anyone else?

Mine has been downloading from iCloud for hours! Maybe I should have done this way haha.

 if your order tracking looks like this and your order begins with “XKO” and not received a confirmation email about the phone being dispatched, then it means your phone is still waiting to get picked, also if you’ve noticed your account is in credit from the upfront cost, it means as well your phone is still waiting to get picked, and once the phone gets picked the account credit will disappear, I spoke to an advisor yesterday, i ordered on 16th, they said wait up to 28days, if still not arrived by then to contact them again
