Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

Not sure if it’s a location thing but whenever I go to VIP something on DPD there’s only ever 12-6

Online to EE now. I knew something was going to go wrong! So! Watch & phone will come separately. The DPD text notification will go to the number associated with the watch, yes even if the watch isn’t cellular! EE aren’t able to give you the pin for the watch delivery! They are trying to change the number on my watch delivery so that we can get the pin or it’s no watch🥲

I just got a notification of my delivery PIN.

Ordered a Pro Max 512GB in Natural Titanium at 15:30 on Friday.

No text for me either and I ordered via the app whilst I was on holiday so I think it was around 4pm. I called 2 CS agents (I don’t know why I do this!) and both confirmed that the order is picked. 

The second dude started by giving me the 28 days spield because no stock of pro max but when I asked him if the order status was still open, he checked and said it was picked. Then suggested I may still get it tomorrow.

I upgraded my watch last week from an Ultra to an Ultra 2. I didn’t get any emails or confirmation, one day the driver just turned up with it asking for a PIN.

Because it was an upgrade all the details went through on the watch number not than the number which is paired with my iPhone,  meaning that no SMS were received.

If anyone is expecting a watch and it’s an upgrade you might want to call and check that the contact number one the order is the correct one as DPD can’t give you it without that PIN.

No it won’t. Your DPD app is linked to a mobile number. The DPD notification was sent to the number associated with the watch but it’s a paired watch so no messages. The agent has just had to update my number on DPD
