Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I just had to call up EE again after placing an order on Saturday & re reading through my contract it doesn’t state upgrade anytime plan and he put me on a flex plan which is not what I wanted or discussed, then had the cheek to charge me £10 for next day delivery guaranteed I would get it on release date but I knew the wasnt going to happen, so I ended up cancelling my order & re ordering  but managed to get on the upgrade anytime plan which I’m happy about and upgrade my husbands phone at the same time. I got the 16 pro max 256gb in white the lady said looking at a 28+ time frame but I wasn’t expecting it quicker tbh. Not too happy about the change if the pro max size hope it isn’t a massive difference but don’t think I would of liked the smaller model 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😂😂

I've seen a few people say they've been given anytime upgrade, but the advisor I spoke to made a point of telling me that it's been discontinued. 

I'm on the full works plan as well, but I can't find anything about it on my new upgrade email. Plus if you search online it says that it was ended from 28th August.

I upgraded on Monday and was told I could upgrade on the full works plan.

Yeah I had a manager tell me the same yesterday. When I asked if it was on my contract they greatly avoided the question

Not sure if anyone else has noticed changes in MyEE / in your account, but my device is now showing as "Unknown" and that I have no data etc... all the stuff that usually happens indicating there may be progress behind the scenes 👀 🤞

Had the same issue as some others. Ordered on Friday and confirmed delivery on release date - got an xko number but no further info. Called up today, no record of my order so they placed it on the phone - back of the queue, minimum four week wait - she said had I called up yesterday I’d have had it on launch date!!! Really wasn’t happy but told nothing they could do!
