iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I had T's & C's read to me this year, not the usual (of the last few years) screen shared agree these docs experience, the lady i dealt with said the system was being awful (as it always is) and waived the delivery fee because of how long it was going to take to input it - i've had my confirmation email but nothing beyond that so far - but i, like you didnt "sign" anything this year

I take it they wouldn't wavier the fee? Thats crazy! Sorry to hear this. My early upgrade fee was £100. I refused to pay it on principle because it was their miss selling error! I promptly told them (after being on the call nearly an hour) to cancel the upgrade as well as my pre-order upgrade for the watch. A manager promptly wavered the fee and the delivery cost and so upgraded both. Hopefully for both to arrive on release day but wel see.

Glad to hear you got your pre-order in within good timing!

I also went for Black Titanium right along with you as I too have an incessant need for everything to match as I'll also be receiving the Black Ultra 2 next Friday 😂(Also can we talk about that new Titanium Ultra Milanese Loop?! 🤤😍)  

Always dread how expensive this time of year is, but i also love it as it's like Christmas to all of us! 

@BigTastey86  Not sure if this thread will pop off as big as last year's did 😂 but hey the main point of it is that this helps us all and it's nice how we all come together for our shared passion every year! (And the stellar spreadsheet provided by @Schoeyy )

Speaking of the Black Ultra 2 😂 if anyone is interested, I'll be selling my Natural Titanium Ultra 2 from last September. 

Immaculate condition with an extra strap, box and all, for quite a low price.

So pre ordered my 16 Pro Max in Black Titanium 256gb yesterday for in store collection.

Did it online but had to call up after getting an xko number, so did that and signed all the documents. Got a proper order number through late last night, that shows as Order Cancelled and Pre Order confirmed on the tracking. Doesn't bode well.

I got a text from EE half an hour ago about my trade in, telling me I'll have the returns pack in a few days.

Noticed on the order email they've put it against one of my other lines instead of the line I asked them to put it against too. 

Come on EE, it's not hard to get this right.

Hey, so I ordered a black titanium 16 pro max 1TB, ordered online gave me an XKO order number to ring up to get it fixed and get a proper order number finished the process by about 13:30 on the 13th so fingers crossed I get it on launch day, also got ultra 2 black titanium ordered the first day it was on the website

Well, I spoke to someone at EE who told me indeed that there'd be a mistake and applied it to the wrong line.

So they had to cancel my Pro Max pre order entirely, told me it's completely out of stock and couldn't move my allocation over to the correct lline.

Annoying, but the 16 Pro is still in stock. So I managed to get a White 1TB for less than I was going to be paying for the 256GB Pro Max. Supposedly getting it at release.

I say supposedly, because the pre contract info said all the right things and was definitely an iPhone 16 Pro in white 1TB. But my order email and tracking says iPhone 15 Pro white 1TB. 😡🤦‍♂️ Back to calling up it is. Hopefully this is just a mistake, but it's not one I want to risk if someone reads the order as a 15 Pro and gives me the wrong device.

Nice. Question, What day did the SB AWU2 go live on EE website for pre-order? Curious to see how far back my order is since I only ordered Friday morning…

Hey Hey. Another year another thread lol. 

To jump straight in - that new Milanese Strap is gorgeous and added to the desire to upgrade! Still using the OG AWU so a decent upgrade for me  with some small new features and a glorious new finish. Went for the Black Titanium PM as well. So talking about Matchy Matchy - AirPod Max & IPad Pro all Black Everything! 😆

Be interesting to see how this year compares to last year in terms of deliveries schedule! Hopefully a fair few of us will get updates in the next day or two for a release day delivery. I’m hoping I get both the phone and watch Friday. Am I asking for too much from EE? 🫣
