Would love an EE community moderator/staff member to actually give us a stance on this;
when the preorder window tomorrow opens, will we who got the 15 pro on the preorder/launch last year be able to upgrade without the fee? It’s showing a fee right now… 😑

You can Upgrade Anytime from day 15 of a new plan and up to 30 days before it ends. There may be an upgrade fee depending on where you are in your contract.
As long as your phone is in good working condition, you can swap your current phone and sign up to a new 24-month plan.
Swap your current phone for the latest model online, in-store or by calling 150 from your EE phone.

The fee is probably because your mid away through your contract, you could sell the phone back and pay the difference depending what’s cheaper.

Did you read anything I put?
the fee is because it’s not exactly 12 months.. it’s been 2/3 days off every year and they’ve sorted it

Hi @DannClose,
Keep an eye on ee.co.uk for more details including pricing and upgrade options. You will be able to spread the cost of the latest iPhone models over 24 or 36 months using Flexpay. Plus you will be able to save when you trade-in your current iPhone.
