Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Was Blue your preference? Or were you advised at the time of ordering that it was the only phone not at a 28 day wait?

So I see most people here replying have a DPD text or a delay text, are these all for home delivery? I selected to collect from store and I’m guessing I won’t get a DPD dispatch text just a delivery text is that right? I’ve only got an XKO which of course doesn’t work…

Hi, I ordered originally on Friday last week but it did not process so I called and re-ordered last Saturday morning. Anytime upgrade.

I received a text at 1030am today saying my package had been delivered to store. Then an email at 630pm saying my order is out for delivery. I chose deliver to store.

Ah yeah, I don't think that's an anytime upgrade plan tbh.  Might it not be worth changing to the Full Works plan instead?  It's only a tenner more and it includes stuff like Apple Music and the roam abroad pass.

I also ordered on Friday, firstly at 1pm when the systems issue meant I was promised a call back to complete my order which never came. I rang them back at 6pm and managed to order the Pro Max 256 in white. Email confirmation straightaway with a 030 code. Had the dreaded EE text and nothing from DPD. Don’t expect it in the morning but would be nice to know from EE when it’s likely to be. Probably would have ordered directly with Apple if I’d known of this EE delay.

Mine is to a store, I ordered PM 15 blue 256gb ordered on Friday 13:30 but I had to phone and got it confirmed at 16:00. I was told I would get it launch day as had order so promptly. I spoke to EE at 16:30 today and she told me that I was definitely not getting it tomorrow and they have no idea when it will come.

I got my order in over the phone today at 10 AM 15 pro natural titanium ….. was told will either be with me tomorrow or Monday. Not had any message from DPD but I’ve got a tracking number. 
When I ordered the guy was pretty confident it would be on time. Previously when I’ve ordered upgrades etc I some times never had a message when they are coming or anything. If it comes tomorrow it will be a nice surprise if not it will prob be Monday. 
Hope everyone gets their phone as soon as possible

I managed to order my 15PM 256GB Titanium Blue after a hectic case of fighting with a glitchy website on Friday and get my confirmation email at 15:20PM.

Although I’ve seen people saying they received a 003 code thing but I haven’t heard a thing from either EE or DPD.

Should I call up to check my order has gone through or just be patient?
