iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just came through, the one where everything is on track. 15 PM 1TB Natural Titanium. Order was completed at 10am on the 16th.

I called as I wanted to see if I could order my partner an iPhone 15 on contract and check delivery. Anyway, they told me about my order for my 15 PM 256GB NT could be up to 28 days! 
No set information for us customers waiting. It’s poor coordination but of course, not the fault of the CS advisors, as they are only doing their job. Has anyone received the text but had delivery information?

I have received my tracking information from DPD and also got a text from EE confirming that DPD had received it

Got that annoying text. The timescale when I placed my order was launch day I even had the customer guide repeat it. Couldn’t have said launch day any clearer.

After a slightly heated chat with c/s the conclusion is they have no idea but ill get a phone at some point within 28 days, wish they would listen as i wanted to know if it was first come first serve but they’ve turned into robots “up to 28 days its apples fault”

Is the pin not for your DPD driver? as I received a pin for the DPD delivery driver
