Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

That's interesting, as I ordered the blue Friday night. Then again, given the lack of information so far it could arrive any time this year 😂

DPD notification arrived for the 15 Pro that I re-ordered this morning which is proof that the 15 Pros are in stock and available for ordering next day delivery.

He doesn’t really … he was just posting what he had been told … if you look back other this thread you’ll see lots of people sharing misinformation that they were given by EE … the rest of us just need to not take everything as gospel.

I ordered 5pm Friday ( 15 PM 256gb Blue Titanium) and have heard nothing from the Friday, when I ordered it said 14days, when I done a live chat the other day they said within 28 days, and after talking today it’s now over 28 days, it will be 6 months next 🤣

talk of dpd texts today have dried up. maybe all gone out.

ordered my pm blue 256gb after being given the run around from Friday to sunday, was told today by someone on live chat that I should expect my dpd tracking number tomorrow making me think I could get it a couple days late so I'm holding out hope

Hi @Equil .… I hope you tell your mate how much stress they caused 😂.

Quick update … my white 15PM is on its way … texts and updates received at some point overnight/this morning.

If it helps anyone - I was on the phone at 1258 on Pre-order … all done at 1350 … never received a confirmation email just a text … not sure if it matters but I’ll mention it anyway … a manual order had to be done due to the system issues and I refused one of these flex pay plans.

For those of you still waiting - there is time - so keep an eye out for updates.

Shall we do this again next year??? … I suspect we will!!

I checked and my email from DPD didn’t come through till just after 2pm when I ordered my 13 pro max 2 years ago. So there’s still time!
