Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
So 2 tracking texts today but 3 devices on order. 2 Pro Max 512 that were finally confirmed on Saturday morning and 1 ultra 2 Watch ordered Monday. Hoping that the phones are in one package and covered by 1 tracking number and the watch the other tracking number but who really knows……
Placed my order at 1pm over the phone on Friday and was told I wouldn’t get it until the 6th of October, but I’ve just had my text from DPD saying it’ll be here tomorrow! Taking that as a win. Hopefully everyone will get theirs soon!
Just spoke to CS this morning. Ordered my iPhone 15 PM 256GB Natural Titanium on Saturday around 830am. They advised still an open order and couldn’t say if picked or not, but still scheduled for delivery tomorrow (fingers crossed!). Still nothing in the DPD app as of yet 😞
Best place is the DPD app. Make sure you create a profile with your mobile and email address that EE have on their system and the DPD app will know it’s you and will activate the updates. Good luck !!
My DPD app just popped up with the EE package for tomorrow - exciting! Still can't track on the EE site, but don't care so much now being DPD have the package anyway.
